Administrative Regulation of International Students’ Apartment of Zhengzhou Tourism College
In order to create a civilized, healthy, safe, tidy and comfortable studying and living environment, and protect the rights of students, Zhengzhou Tourism College (ZZTRC) makes the following regulations of apartment:
1.Please comply with the college’s timetable. The apartment opens at 6：10 a.m. and closes at 22:20 p.m.. It is forbidden to stay out of school overnight or change rooms or enter others’ room without permission. Nobody from outside school is allowed to stay overnight.
2.Don't smoke, drink, gamble, take drugs, go whoring, fight, preach your religion to others or engage in illegal activities.
3.Flammable, explosive, poisonous and strong caustic goods using or storage is forbidden. No fire with flame.
4.Peccancy electric equipment, connecting electric wire, destroying or changing electrocircuit without permission are forbidden. In the apartment, peccant electric equipment are as follows: Speedy heater, electric cooker, electric blanket, electric pan, etc. Don’t cook in the apartment.Pets are forbidden in the apartment.
5.Power saving is advocated. Please turn off the light when leaving. Water saving is also advocated. Leaving water flow is forbidden. Take well care of your personal properties. When you are out of your room,please make sure that all the electrical equipment such as air conditioner、lights、water pipe have been shut down, the door and the windows have been locked as well.
6. Please keep indoor clean and tidy, and take good care of everything in your room，Do not scribble or post things on walls or doors.You will have to pay for its original value if you break anything that belongs to your room.Please understand and cooperate with the administrators when they enter the room for check.
7.Do not pile up debris in corridor and other public places to ensure smooth passage.Please don't throw your cigarette butts, scraps of paper and sundries out of the window.
8.Keep the building quiet. Do not dance,make noise or play music loudly.
9. Please contact the operators on duty in time if there are accidents such as fire, robbery, or some suspicious persons.
10.Any students with infectious diseases prescribed by the law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases of the People's Republic of China should report to the dormitory management personnel. Students should report any suspected patients with infectious disease in the dormitory. Patients of infectious diseases, pathogen carriers and suspected infectious disease should obey the hospital medical instructions, and actively cooperate with accommodation arrangement.
